NatalieĀ is the owner of 'The Beauty Emporium - Church Stretton' since 2024 alongside 'Natalie Ravenscroft Makeup & Beauty' since 2010. Natalie is an award-winning bridal makeup artist and beauty therapist with over 16 years experience in the industry.Ā 

NatalieĀ moved to Church Stretton a few years ago, having met her husband Chris and having their son Noah. Natalie now works part-time as a Paramedic for West Midlands Ambulance Service following her maternity leave ending.

The Beauty Emporium - Church Stretton was a new business venture that Natalie hadĀ been workingĀ towards for over 12 months., Natalie has worked tirelessly hard building a fantastic clientelle as well as her 'Dream Team' of self-employed nail tech's and lash technicians to offer an evergrowing list of beauty, nails and makeup services to South Shropshire.Ā

Steph is a level 3 qualified hairdresser with 10 years of experience in the industry and excellent customer service at the heart of her business. She loves creating styles with her scissors and will always put 110% into every client. Steph always makes sure her clients feel comfortable and relaxed while in the chair. After care is a big part of Steph's service as well, she will strive to ensure you walk away satisfied. She offers colours, cutting, blowdrys and is always happy to take any questions too. Claire is a Level 3 senior hair stylist, with 20 years experience in the industry & the owner of Salon 54 based within The Beauty Emporium. Claire opened her own salon 5 years ago after working in various salons throughout south Shropshire, she had a dream to create a relaxing environment that she could offer a luxury one to one service to her clients. Claire is very passionate about her work and prides herself in providing a relaxing and professional service for her clients. Claire also now offers spray tanning by appointment! Claire moved her salon to The Beauty Emporium to expand her team, and offer a wider range of services for her customers.Ā

Meet Lily ā€” Junior Beauty Therapist

Lily is a newly qualified Level 2 & Level 3 Beauty Therapist, beginning the next stage of her career here at The Beauty Emporium.

Lily may already be a familiar face to some of our clients, having spent the past two years completing work experience placements within the salon, where she has gained valuable hands-on experience and has been personally mentored by salon owner Natalie throughout her training.

Now fully qualified, Lily is continuing to develop her skills, confidence and experience while building her own clientele. During this time, she will be offering a range of beauty, massage and facial treatments at special introductory Junior Therapist prices.

These reduced prices reflect Lilyā€™s newly qualified status and give clients the opportunity to enjoy professionally trained treatments at a lower introductory rate while supporting her as she builds her experience and client base.

Lily has a lovely, calm approach and is passionate about making her clients feel comfortable, relaxed and confident throughout their treatments.

Weā€™re so pleased to officially welcome Lily to the team and to continue supporting her as she develops her career at The Beauty Emporium. šŸ¤

Meet Courtney - Junior Beauty TherapistĀ 

Courtney is a Level 2 & Level 3 qualified Beauty Therapist with a real passion for nails, which is where she hopes to build her speciality within the salon. Some of you may already recognise Courtney, as she previously completed work experience at The Beauty Emporium, gaining hands-on experience within the salon before becoming fully qualified. Alongside nails, Courtney offers a range of beauty treatments and is continuing to develop her skills. Sheā€™ll soon be completing further training in advanced skincare, allowing her to expand into more specialist facial and skin treatments. As a newly qualified therapist, Courtney is excited to build her clientele, develop her experience and welcome both new and familiar faces into the salon. šŸ¤

With 25 years of experience in Beauty Therapy and Holistic Treatments, Kay brings a wealth of knowledge, skill and genuine passion to every treatment. Specialising in all aspects of beauty therapy, Kay offers a wide range of professional treatments tailored to each individual client. From nails, lashes and brows to relaxing holistic therapies, her aim is always to make clients feel comfortable, confident and cared for. Kay also specialises in electrolysis, providing a professional and effective solution for permanent hair removal, backed by years of experience and expertise. With a passion for what she does and a loyal clientele built over many years, Kay combines experience, professionalism and a friendly approach to deliver treatments her clients can trust.

After nearly two years of Nat trying to convince everyone šŸ˜‚, ALL of our beauty therapists and hair stylists are finally available to book online!

Simply choose your therapist, treatment and appointment time and book as normal. The website works exactly the same way it always has ā€” there may just be a few teething problems our side while everyone learns the ropes! šŸ˜‚

This also means we can access each otherā€™s diaries in the salon, making it much easier for us to help you find the right appointment.
